  • Overview

    The full-time Pricing Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the Director of Pricing and Analytics through learning and executing on increasingly difficult tasks related to managing and analyzing the pricing of rental properties. The incumbent will be expected to work roughly 40 hours per week, during normal business hours.





    • Coordinate requests related to rent reductions and negotiations from Property Management and the Renewals Department
    • Manage the Pricing inbox from the Renewals department and Property Operations field team
    • Organize requests, including converting them to the standard format
    • Learn to properly navigate the property management platform
    • Learn how to lookup property and tenant information and assume this task
    • Learn and implement updating rent rates within property management software
    • Learn and implement uploading grouped price changes (ex. reductions) and individual price changes, as appropriate
    • Learn to assess reduction requests, including reviewing property marketing platform signs that an aging property is/is not due to price
    • Learn to evaluate and interpret rent spreads, including the different DOM charts

    • Demonstrated interest in the real-estate industry, preferably focused on pricing strategies
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel
      • Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas including “If” statements and functions including VLOOKUP preferred
    • Corporate-level professionalism
    • Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities of greater difficulty with time
    • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
    • Above-average analytical skills preferred



    • Primarily works within an indoors office environment
    • Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting from floor not to exceed 20 lbs.
    • Frequent near vision use for reading and computer usage.
    • Prolonged exposure to computer screens
    • Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers
