    The Facilities Manager is primarily responsible for managing space planning and office space build-outs for field

    market locations throughout the U.S. and the corporate office to ensure standardization. The position requires

    strong communication and written skills, and the ability to work with multiple personalities at all levels of the





    • Managing facilities planning and space allocation
    • Planning building maintenance and operational programs
    • Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments
    • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
    • Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
    • Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
    • Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors
    • Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
    • Allocate office space according to needs
    • Handle insurance plans and service contracts
    • Keep financial and non-financial records
    • Perform analysis and forecasting
    • Managing all vendor contracts
    • Ensuring efficiency of all building systems
    • Maintaining a safe work environment for all employees
    • Preparing cost estimates for moves and equipment
    • Coordinating all maintenance issues and schedules

    • Accurate and precise attention to detail
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • High school degree; bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, business management or related field preferred. Certification in facilities management a plus.
    • Previous experience in maintenance supervision or related field
    • Ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be a problem-solver
    • Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 25 to 30 pounds
    • Computer skills; may include scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
    • Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/sales goals
    • Must pass a drug screen and a criminal background check



    • Primarily working indoors, office environment
    • May sit for several hours at a time
    • Prolonged exposure to computer screens
    • Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers
