SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Lead Lease Compliance Analyst is primarily responsible for reviewing and validating data related to
residential leases. This will encompass interpreting, troubleshooting and researching lease related data, while
on-boarding newly acquired leases. This position will also support post acquisition operations through audit and
data gathering and reconciling. This position will be a key partner to the Acquisition Integration team,
Accounting team and business leaders throughout the organization.
Lead the process of on-boarding leases for newly acquired properties, including set up of tenant lease
terms, contact information and deposits.
Develop efficiencies for transfer of data into Yardi database.
Review bulk purchase lease reviews, identifying and resolving data anomalies, errors and omissions.
Resolve data exceptions in timely manner and track the progress of exceptions through resolution.
Research lease questions related to single home purchases.
Manage, gather and audit data for monthly external lease reviews.
Extract, consolidate and review in-place lease data.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Advanced level Excel skills are required.
Yardi knowledge is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Real Estate is highly preferred.
At least two years of related experience, including Property Management and lease interpretation.
Ability to manage simultaneous projects with large data sets within strict timelines is crucial.
Above average ability to communicate with others, both verbally and in writing.
Possess strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
Foster teamwork and mutual respect throughout the company.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity of data.
SalesForce knowledge preferred.
