  • Overview

    The Cash Management Specialist will work under the supervision of the Controller and will be responsible for
    initiating daily wire and cash transfer requests.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for initiating cash transfers and wire requests
    • Record entries in Yardi
    • Research issues and take corrective action, as appropriate.
    • Organize and save backup
    • Assist Controller and CFO with special projects.

    Qualifications

    • High school graduate or equivalent.
    • Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Two years of office experience in banking operations or accounting field.
    • Ability to analyze bank account information and process accurately.
    • Ability to operate 10-key by touch.
    • Proficiency in data entry skills; familiarity with excel.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and details and meet departmental deadlines.
    • Ability to keep all business and operations information confidential.

     

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
    • Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting from floor not to exceed 20 lbs.
    • Frequent near vision use for reading and computer usage.
    • Deadline driven role that can potentially be stressful at times (cardiovascular)
