Overview

 

The Cash Management Analyst will work under the supervision of the Treasury Analyst and will be responsible for initiating daily wire and cash transfer requests.

 

Responsibilities

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

 

  • Responsible for initiating and approving high volume of cash transfers and wire requests.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to address and resolve problems, special requests, and/or discrepancy situations
  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Reconcile data to various sources
  • Research issues and take corrective action, as appropriate
  • Organize and save backup
  • Assist treasurer with special projects

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Two years of office experience in banking operations or accounting field.
  • Ability to analyze bank account information and process accurately.
  • Proficiency in data entry skills; familiarity with Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and details and meet departmental deadlines.
  • Ability to keep all business and operations information confidential.

WORKING CONDITIONS

 

  • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
  • Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting from floor not to exceed 20 lbs.
  • Frequent near vision use for reading and computer usage.
